High altitude lakes: Lakes always look serene and the lakes in the high altitudes even look better. To find some stunning lakes at high elevation levels, you must visit Jammu and Kashmir. Nishat Bagh: The Nishat Bagh is a 12 terraced garden located near Srinagar’s famous Dal Lake. It is the second-largest Mughal garden in Kashmir after Shalimar Bagh. Popularly known as “Garden of Bliss”, it has a splendid Mughal central water channel with several fountains, which is surrounded by tall Chinar trees.

March to August: is the best time to visit Kashmir, because of the ideal weather during the merging of two seasons – spring and summer.

The mornings are pleasant, making it an ideal time for exploration and long walks. Kashmir looks beautiful in the months of summer, mostly because the snow has melted over the valley, leading to a perfect panorama. It is a must to visit Srinagar, Pahalgam, and Gulmarg during summer.
